special nests nurture life here

allow growing bodies to
teach trust eat fear

Balanced dance of
cataclysm and stability
Galactic branches
of habitability

Moon slowed
Earth’s frantic pace
Jupiter protects
our planet from space

Similarly I want to
protect you
I’ll reach my arms around,
bring us face to face

Could a cosmology of belonging include all who you’ve forgotten

Forgive even greed?
Do even we
deserve to escape?

Can't expect them anymore Spawning salmon
always surprise me
that wintery stream splash
catch sense again with a start

pulsing with birth
soon all will be dead
half their flesh battered away
with their final longing

leaving their guts to the forest decomposing oceans

Under the guise of going astray Old Jung wrote those lines
